“Over the past 27 years, I have worked with thousands of patients. As a professional Applied Kinesiology doctor trained in various approaches, I help people overcome pain and resolve health issues by identifying and addressing the root causes of their problems. Patients have called me a “wizard,” a “magician,” and a “true healer.””

From Patient to Practitioner: My Healing Journey
Why did I choose to become a chiropractor? My own battle with back pain began in my late teens, and by my late twenties, I found myself dealing with persistent neck pain and stiffness. The situation worsened as I reached my early thirties, facing overwhelming fatigue and exhaustion on a daily basis. I searched for solutions, relying on coffee and exercise, only to find temporary relief or no improvement at all.
Each morning, I woke up to a world filled with pain and weariness. Frustratingly, my medical doctor couldn’t provide any answers despite my detailed descriptions of the symptoms I experienced. My lab results came back normal, and he had no guidance to offer.
Then, I discovered the potential of Applied Kinesiology and the hope it brought. Through muscle testing, an Applied Kinesiologist identified inflammation as the likely source of my pain and fatigue. Further examinations revealed that my consumption of wheat was the culprit. To delve deeper into my condition, cortisol level testing unveiled adrenal dysregulation, which explained my constant exhaustion.
Finally, I had found someone who sought to uncover the root causes of my ailments. It became clear to me that I needed a healthcare professional who possessed a deep understanding of physiology and was willing to explore underlying stressors, even when they weren’t evident in conventional medical tests.
Today, at the age of 57, I feel better than I did in my thirties, and I do not take prescription medication to manage my health. Although I still experience aches, I have found strategies for effective pain relief. Chiropractic, regular exercise, and proper supplementation has become a part of my routine, and my energy levels have significantly improved. I am now living a healthy life, all thanks to the transformative power of applied kinesiology.
I am a trained shamanic practitioner, as well as an energy healer, who serves as a guide, helping participants navigate their inner landscapes to help restore balance and harmony to their lives.
Shamanism is the oldest known healing modality on earth and has been practiced in some form by nearly all indigenous tribes. It is not a religion, but rather a set of very practical and effective methods. Shamanic practitioners access the spirit realm by entering into an altered state of consciousness. Here at White Raven, we do this through rhythmic drumming or rattling. The sound and intention lead you into a theta wave state. It’s in this heightened state that our intuition flows effortlessly, allowing our Shamanic techniques to help break down barriers of negativity and emotional blockages.
I have a blog post about Shamanic drumming here: Shamanic Drumming
